Already own a home? Our Part Exchange scheme lets you trade in your current property as part of the deal. We work with trusted partners who act as your guaranteed cash buyer, removing chains, delays and uncertainty. You can stay in your current home for up to four weeks after completion and if your property sells for more than the agreed amount, you may receive a share of the profit. Smooth Move
Want to reserve your new home before you've sold? Smooth Move lets you provisionally reserve an Elivia Homes property while we help manage the sale of your current one. Stamp Duty Paid
On selected homes, we may contribute towards or cover your Stamp Duty costs, helping to reduce your upfront expenses and make the move more affordable. Speak to our Sales Consultants for eligible plots.
First Homes Scheme

Interior Design Package
Selected plots may include a contribution towards an Interior Design Package, helping you move into a home that feels complete from day one. This can be used towards professionally designed interiors or applied to the purchase of our show homes, which come with fixtures, fittings and upgrades already in place.
Armed Forces Discount
